About NDM

NDM was founded by Stephen Harnett in 1996. Stephen is a fully qualified motorcycle technician and has been involved in the motorbike trade since 1989. Stephen completed his formal engineering training in Ireland, then took it to the next level in the UK, where he worked and trained for two years at TTS. There he was involved with building the fastest road legal Honda Blackbird...., amongst many more exciting and challenging projects.

Through the years he has sponsored, supported and worked with many teams and riders. From WSBK with Team EMS , BSB with Cresent Suzuki , road-racing in Ireland and the Isle of Man with many of the top riders. Short circuit racing at all levels National, International and Clubman winning many championships along the way. In conjunction with Tekmos Communications NDM have been sponsoring the Aprilia 125 Championship for the past six years and feel that this involvement has encouraged many young Irish rider to develope on to the next level.

Stephen is a keen racer himself and has competed at club and national level. With some success, winning his first race at mondello first time out.
This depth of technical skill, training and experience gives them a unique advantage in engine preperation and suspension setup, which has earned them many racing sucesses. It has also allowed them to build some of the most sought after road bikes in Ireland, The Honda Blackblade, 1200cc 200bhp blackbird engined fireblade, the HRC Suzuka blade, full Ohlins MotoGP suspension with a reg plate and 190bhp...
Now based at the Man o'War, in the heartland of the road race community, their new premises offers a wide rage of products and services for both Road and Race.

A purpose built Dynojet rolling road test cell. Essential for fine tuning a race engine, getting optimum performance from a road or track machine, or simply testing performance. Stephen has been fully trained by Ohlins in Sweden, giving him the skills necessary for Ohlins to authorise NDM as Ireland's only official "Ohlins Service Centre". With this Ohlins backing NDM offer a wide range of suspension units, parts and related services. The personal contacts Stephen has made over the years means NDM offer the very best performance parts and accessories. Having worked closely with TTS, Harris and many top european specialist companys. This means they can supply and fit the right part for YOUR bike, not eBay specials. Everything from rear sets, fork kits, engine components to genuine oil filter or a set of Brembo monoblocks For many years NDM were the only official distributor of Bridgestone racing tyres in the Republic, so where else would you go for your rubber, road or race?

Their state of the art workshop facility has the cleanliness and precision of a hospital operating theatre. Just the right surroundings to prepare a race engine, perform a standard service, or fit those very expensive after-market parts, all in an efficient and professional manner.

Stephen's contacts in the industry means that he can often offer new bikes from many of the manufacturers at very competitive prices, with the added bonus that you get the famous NDM ongoing support.
